Your privacy is important to us
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are information files stored on your
computer. Most major websites use cookies in
order to monitor your visit and how you
interact with their website. They can then
taylor your experience to your interests.
What We Do
Our website uses cookies to enhance the quality
of our website. They may or may not include
information such as personalisation data
collected by means of our links to Twitter,
Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram. Jotform, a
third party, uses cookies to collect data regarding
which variant of our website you are using,
language used, answered provided on online
forms, and more.
Cookies can be deactivated in browser settings.
Our website only collects other personal
information directly if a user fills in our contact
form. Submitting a response sends personal
information including your name, email address
and telephone number. It will also send any
personal information included by yourself in your
form response. These are received by email by
both the design and print and web design
departments. Your response to your form is also
stored on a password protected account with
Jotform. This enables us to monitor responses
easily and this information is deleted after a short
time.
If you fill in our online form and agree to our
privacy policy, Quickstamp will contact you by
telephone or email using the information
provided in order to respond to your enquiry. If
you contact us by telephone, we may ask for
your name, address, business name, email
address or anything else needed to respond to
your enquiry. If we carry out design work for you
and personal information is required to be
included in your designs (name, telephone
numbers, address, bank details, etc.), we will
store this information on password protected
devices included in your design. We store
designs for our reference and for the benefit of
repeat orders and website republishing. If you
wish for us to delete these, simply get in touch.
If you select ‘YES’ to Quickstamp contacting you
for marketing purposes, Quickstamp or
Quickstamp Web Design may contact you in
future by telephone or email. If you wish to opt
out of this, please inform us at any time.
Personal information may be passed between
the print and web departments of Quickstamp in
order to serve you better and respond to your
enquiry. Other than Jotform, used to collect form
enquiries, we do not pass your information onto
any third parties. Your personal information is not
sold to any third parties.
If you have any questions regarding cookies, our
privacy policy or use of personal information,
please do not hesitate to contact us.
